Adult ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)
Local ADHD Services have very long waiting times, however, we can now refer patients to outside service providers for NHS Assessment and Diagnosis via Right to Choose providers.
- ADHD 360 (age 16 years +)
- Psychiatry UK (age 18 and over)
- Clinical Partners (age 16 years + ) Please note Clinical Partners provide assessment only - they do not prescribe under Right to Choose
How to start a referral request:
- Patients who wish to use 'Right to Choose' must first visit each of the websites (links below) to ensure that they read and finalise their decision. (Patients are only able to be referred to one of the services at the time of referral)
- Once you have chosen your service provider, please download the ASRS questionnaire and the letter template (there is a link to these on each of the web pages)
- Return your form and letter to Bedminster Family Practice either by email (bnssg.bedminsterfamilypractice@nhs.net ), by post or face to face
- Once we have received these documents we will process your referral. If the GP wishes to discuss the referral with you beforehand, we will contact you to ask you to arrange an appointment
