BFP Zero Tolerance Policy
Our staff are here because they want to help, and they must be able to come to work without fear of abuse, violence or harassment from patients or any visitor or caller to the Practice. We would therefore like to make you aware of our Zero Tolerance Policy.
Feedback/Making a Complaint
Bedminster Family Practice cares for over 13,000 patients.
There will be things we do that may not work for everyone, and we need patient feedback to recognise any problems.
Equally when something goes well we want to know from our patients that it has.
