Request an Appointment

If you’re a Bedminster Family Practice patient and you require an appointment, you can fill out a Klinik request to see a clinician by using our online system. 

If you can no longer make your appointment, you can change or cancel it online. If your appointment is within the next 24 hours, please call the practice to notify us.

Home visits are suitable if you are in urgent need of GP care and unable to visit the surgery after a clinical assessment. Find out more about home visits.
