Phone lines Closed for Training Every Monday

The phone lines will be closed for non-urgent requests every Monday between 12:30 to 13:30 for staff training and development.  Klinik will remain open at these times for you to submit online requests. 

If you have an urgent problem which cannot wait, and you are unable to complete an online request, please call the practice where a member of the team will be able to complete a Klinik form on your behalf. 

If you think you have a life threatening condition, please call 999.
