Klinik News/Update
To date, when we have had no routine appointments available, we have had to close Klinik.
From 24th July we will be leaving Klinik open but closing the 'New Health Problem', 'Ongoing Health Problem' and 'Follow Up Appointment' tiles. This will mean that all other tiles will remain open to enable you to continue to make routine requests for: fit notes/test results/nurse appointments/medication queries/administration requests/cancelling an appointment/referrals/travel and women's health. We are hoping that this will reduce the number of telephone calls and enable patients with an urgent same day need, to access our phone lines.
