How to request an appointment

ALL appointments should be booked through Klinik which can be accessed via the homepage or by clicking here. 

We are only able to book appointments over the telephone if you do not have online access. Our navigation team will go through the online request form with you, which may take longer than usual.  

We no longer book appointments at the front desk. 

Types of appointments

At Bedminster Family Practice, we offer different appointments to help you get the care you need as soon as possible.

Routine appointments

We aim to give you a routine appointment to see or speak to a GP or other Healthcare Professional within 2 weeks of receiving your online request.

Urgent appointments

If your appointment is considered urgent, we will arrange for a GP or other Healthcare Professional to see or speak to you on the same day.

You can also visit 111 Online or call NHS 111 for general medical advice.

If you need help with your appointment

Please tell us:

• If there’s a specific GP, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond.
• If you would prefer to consult with the GP or nurse by phone or face-to-face.
• If you need an interpreter.
• If you have any other access or communication needs.
